Sliders Cable Park - El Gouna
Wakepark je situovám do města El Gouna serevně od Hurgády a uměle vybudován na pevníně propojený kanálem do moře. V parku je tedy mořská voda.
Poznáte to při přílivu a odlivu, kdy se mění hladina vody a některé překážky nejsou dopnuté. V parku jsou 2 velké vleky jeden levotočivý a druhý pravotočiví a k tomu 2 malé vleky. Zázemí s bazénem dává parku velký přínos, kdy v tropických teplotách můžete odpočívat ve stínu nebo se ochladit. Bydlet se dá přímo v areálu a nebo v jednom z několika dovolenkových rezortů. Při naší návštěvě jsme využili klasické last minute dovolené, kdy jsme za 14 tisíc korun pořídili letenku s ubytováním a polopenzí. Hotel byl vzdálen cca 5 minut jízdy rikšou. El Gouna patří v egyptě mezi ty hezčí místa na výlet do nedaleké Hurgády můžete každý den. V areálu je i možnost uložit vybavení, aby jste ho nemuseli vozit každý den sebou. Letiště je vzdálené 25 minut.
v létě je tu cca 38 stupňů a v zimě 20-25 stupňů. A nebojte se napsat na jejich email a oni vám pomůžou zorganizovat cestu včetně letenek.
ceny jsou: 26 euro za den nebo třeba 230 euro za 13 dní.
a wakeboard si zde půjčíte za 20 euro na den.

I can Not recommend the cable at all. We came for a full day mainly for the big cable. Then they Just closed it and started some.obstacle movin during middle of the day when the cable was supposed to be opened. After WE waited 2 hours they opened it but then closed it after 30 min. My girlfriend cant Ride left Foot Forward yet so she was very disappointed. Its Not too to start an non needed obstacle maintenance during Primetime. Overall they didnt kept their announced opening Times at all. Wakeboardind is expensive. When i Complained while leaving the Front desk Guy Just searched for excuses. Ive been to many cableparks already and at least the cable should Run at the announced Times. Was a very Bad experience , can Not recommend. Will Not come back to El gouna for Wakeboarding anymore...

I went wakeboarding for a whole week in sliders so I could upgrade my skill as a rider. From day one everybody was very helpful and friendly. They coached me so I could learn some sick new tricks. My friend who doenst wakeboard, was very happy lounging next to the water where she never went hungry or thirsty thanks to the great service of the barstaff. Ill def come back for another week of fun on the water. Best vacation ive ever had. Thank you team sliders🩷

Really cool and big cable park for wakeboarding with lots of different obstacles. You can choose between clockwise and counterclockwise. You can rent everything at the site and the equipment is in great condition.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are good, especially if you're there for more than one day. I can totally recommend the place.

I spent 10 days here open to close and enjoyed myself so much. Yasser, Mohamed nassuer, modessar and Kareem are fantastic instructors and I made so much progress from a beginner to hitting 180s on kickers. It was all thanks to these 4 guys. Couldn’t say enough about them.

Very nice park with great people and one of the best food in El Gouna. Service is great and always very friendly even at busy times. There is both a clockwise and counter clockwise cable. Also has two System 2.0 cables with great teachers for beginners. Can be busy if no wind and all kiters are also at the cable - but at these times, both cables operate at the same time to keep the waiting time to a minimum.

Sliders Cable & Aqua Parks El Gouna - the perfect place for wakeboarding! 🏄♂️ Here, I felt the excitement and adrenaline of this sport I've loved for so long once again. Excellent conditions and thrilling tracks create the ideal atmosphere for water fun. I've had unforgettable moments here, and I'll definitely be back! 😄

Cable park is extremely fun and staff are very friendly and helpful. The jumps on the cable park could have slightly better maintenance although.
Also, the fact that the restaurant did not serve beer was a big negative.

I can 100% recommend this place, I just finished beginner course with instructor Yasser and it's great, I'm able to go on the big cable. Staff and everything in general, is really nice. Can't wait to be back. See ya soon Sliders 😊

Good staff, choice of cable on the left and right side. The figures are somewhat tired and it would not be bad to update - but it does not interfere with riding. There are 2 bars - upstairs at the entrance and downstairs by the water. The equipment is quite comfortable

I passed by this place several times and never thought of trying until a friend was playing and asked me to take videos

At the bigger course you learn all the details that you can never learn on beach or lake because you have more control when to start and when to stop
The advanced is always fun also because you can learn more tricks everyday
They also have small water park and swimming pool so it's safe for kids and fun

The staff on site is cool and friendly and always trying. Unfortunately, the park is a bit outdated, the cable is no longer running smoothly and there are occasionally failures or waiting times. The obstacles have seen much better days. I would recommend to replace the self-built obstacles with new ones, as I fear the risk of injury. I would not recommend the sliders to anyone who is thinking about staying here for a longer period of time. It is ok for one or two rides.

My advice is to try to amateur one first even if you have done wakeboarding from boats many times before. This one is generally more professional and more difficult so take it easy to enjoy and to have fun and to build the know how to try to professional one later.
Don’t rush it, the staff is really nice and they will help you with everything.
It’s completely fine to go alone, you don’t have to be among a group of friends so don’t hesitate to go on your own.

the place still has construction wires and steel that can get you injured around the aquapark, despite the whole „security rules“ and cameras everywhere. would’ve given 1 star if the staff wasn’t nice enough to give us a refund.

I’m very disappointed this time as it’s not my first time there. The aqua park was not safe for neither kids nor adults. The staff was neither as responsive nor eager to help with cuts and bruises as I expected them to be (to the point that we’ve had to seek help from another first-aid responder with another camp group). I love this place so that’s why I’m very upset that this was my experience yesterday (and with multiple other groups not just us) so I hope the next time is better.

Great atmosphere and kudos to the staff. This is a welcome change for me and my family. The obstacles are clean, greatly positioned and a joy to ride on. The water is super clean and very well maintained. Keep up the good work team 👏

Great place to spend time wakeboarding when there is no wind in El Gouna. Great infrastructure and fair prices. They have 2 advanced lifts and 2 beginner lifts.

Great facility with a lot of space and options for all levels. We enjoy going in general. Operations and maintenance have some issues though. Equipment is not well maintained and sometimes it opens late in the morning. Today, we went 9:30 they hadn’t started yet.

My husband had an accident in the water and was bleeding. They didn’t have any tissue, gauze or plasters to help us with. No one had any knowledge of first aid. Our niece fainted from the scene and they were again unprepared. No one was able to assist clean the wounds, stop the bleeding or help the little girl who fainted and we had to rush to the hospital.
Do not come here.

Nice place for wakeboarding. Perfect area , nice Bar/ Restaurant, friendly staff. Also a nice Pool area to relax. Always a pleasure to visit Sliders !

Sliders Best place to be in Egypt! Вeen coming here for over two years and have never had anything but wonderful experiences. Excellent atmosphere and wonderful staff. The coaching is excellent, drinks are well priced, there's plenty of seating and the views are lush. Thanks for everything team

Tried a 30 minute beginner's wakeboarding course there. The staff at the reception were very friendly, so were the coaches. Protective equipment like helmets and vests are provided and included in the price of the course. It's very fun and challenging the wakeboarding. If you master using the board you can book a solo session. There are also ramps if you're a pro. The receptionist told me that this is the first and only place for wakeboarding in Africa. Make sure you pack one of those things that clamp down on your nose so that water wouldn't get in. There is another activity other than wakeboarding that is basically a huge inflatable obstacles course (did not try, looked equally fun).

Place worth visiting! Great hospitality, completely new way of recreation for family and couples. The place is owned by Polish owners and its family buisness. I highly recommend this spot and you must mark it in your bucket list!

I am one of those who come here to chill not to do sports. And I love it! You can swim in the pool or even meditate in it, because of the peaceful atmosphere they have here. Food and drinks are available too. Everything is clean and decent. And of course you will love the view.
